Here at Circle N Dairy, we now make our own homemade ice cream!! Texas law requires us to pasteurize ice cream in order for it to be sold either on or off the farm, so we were permitted by the state (Permit # 483220) and now offer ice cream made from start to finish on our dairy. The milk and cream are coming from our herd where we take that to produce our own base mix, then churn it into delicious flavors for you. We have not found another dairy in Texas that can say that they produce it 100%. We offer Chocolate, Vanilla, Rocky Road, Strawberry, Banana Pudding, Double Chocolate Fudge, Cookies & Cream, Butterfinger, Chocolate Oreo, Chocolate Strawberry, Chucky Chocolate Mocha, S’mores, Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Bun & Texas Oatmeal Cookie, as well as seasonal flavors & Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches!! These are made with minimum ingredients to produce the best flavor without lots of additives like you find in other places. We offer pints and half pints here ate our Country Store as well as around the Metro-plex.
